Some good news on the development front: The NZ Herald reports that Bream Tail Farms – an exclusive lifestyle development near Mangawhai on the Northland coast have built a $1 million public walkway through their property and handed it over to the Department of Conservation.

What a summer – swimming, surf, sunshine, friends, camping – its been the best many of us can remember.
